The blue container was lying on the ground, in the yellow zone, where I left it. So I jumped back to my green truck, that I'd left there previously. I got back into the game, and it still said I needed to unload the container at the concrete plant. Please tell me the name of the mission so I can try it myself. Once you clear the construction side, the submission should be done. It doesn't matter if you had loaded anything. The container has to be dropped off in the yellow sqare on the right side when you enter the gravel pit. The submission should be completed as you described at first.
